We have been the professional consultants for many established Builders from Chennai like Jain Builders, Parsn, Hansa Estates, Anil Suresh constructions, CCCL etc. We diversified to interior Design and commercial projects from 1995 and have been in the panel of Architects and Consultants for many nationalized Bank and Institutions.
We have an Exclusive team of Designers with specialization in pre-cast technology with a special focus and emphasis on modular design standards in tune with the latest trend for Industrial production of habitable spaces. We have trained Team for Design and erection of Modular units with Glass Fibre Reinforced Gypsum wall panels (Patent: Rapid Wall Technology- Australia).

Archi tec-allied have handled several projects of varied nature like Residential buildings, Apartments, Group houses, Hotels and Commercial projects, Factories etc., right from the survey of the site, making Preliminary project report up to the completion of the Interiors.
We were the Architects and Project Management Consultants for the recently Completed the Housing colony for Air Force Naval Housing Board at Coimbatore in a Site of around 13.68 acres accommodating a total of 372 Units, out of which 272 flats in Stilt + 4 configuration of four different types & 100 Row type houses of two types with all the necessary supporting facilities & infra structure provisions.
The Tender Documents were compiled for a Lump sum Contract with the complete set of all the working drawings, Structural details, PHE, Electrical & Site Services and Development, landscape layout drawings. The Construction was awarded on a Lump sum Contract for around Rs. 96 Crores and got completed by the JAN’ 2014.
We have won the Competition for the housing of M/S. Indian Railway Welfare Organization (IRWO) at Chennai- Phase II housing 301 Houses in 11.88 Acres of land at Ambattur.
We are associated with M/s Malar Energy and Infrastructure (P)Ltd, for their proposed affordable Housing Project at Illuppur near Trichy-Tamil nadu. The project is coming up in 50 Acres of Land to accommodate around 3200 Dwelling Units with complete Infrastructure, Hr. Sec. School, Hospital, Community Centre, shopping arcade Etc. In order to deliver Quality housing at affordable prices we in consultation with Our Clients have proposed for Industrial Production of the Houses adopting Pre Cast Technology and thus have set up a full fledged Pre Cast production Unit at the Site itself.
We were engaged by L& T (Infrastructure Operating Company)for preparing the Concept Design of Proposed Resettlement of the Slums at Four Different Sites in the heart of Colombo- Srilanka.
We were associated with M/S. Consolidated Civil Constructions Limited for their Group Housing Project Kendriya Vihar for the Central Government Employees Welfare Housing Organization (CGEWHO) at Noombal Village in Chennai accommodating 524 houses in 10 acres land. This project was handled by us in the Year 1992. We are associated with them in their proposed Housing Project for the Government Quarters at Djubuti- East Africa.
